French Macaroons from Dessert Truck
Back in January, I took a french macaroon workshop with a friend. Check out the results! The Dessert Truck is teaching classes if anyone is interested. Visit their blog to get more info. Jerome (owner/pastry chef) and the gang are extremely cool and very helpful. If you're a guy, it's a great way to meet the ladeeeeeeeeeezzzzz. haha. Haven't tried making these at home yet, but I had fun eating them after the class.

so cute!!! and so smooth! when i made those a few times they had a weird pointy thing on the top. i need to get better at making them! ^__^
